  • Amy Harms

    Senior Associate Attorney

Amy Harms was born in Colorado and subsequently lived in Georgia, Texas, New Jersey, Vermont, Illinois, Massachusetts, and Florida, moving every year or two as part of a military family.  She has now lived in Saint Louis, Missouri, since 2012.

Amy received her B.S. from Florida State University before relocating here to attend Saint Louis University for law school as an 1843 Scholar.  She received her J.D. in May 2015 and became a member of the Missouri Bar that September.

Amy’s practice centers around assisting clients with family law matters.  Her goal is always to have open, honest communication with clients about the problems they’re experiencing and how she can best help clients to address and resolve those problems.  Amy has extensive experience working with clients whose cases involve sensitive considerations like domestic and sexual violence, addiction, and mental health struggles.  She understands how important it is for clients to feel seen and heard by their attorneys, the judges presiding over their cases, and the other parties, including the Guardian ad Litem, if one is assigned.

In her free time, Amy enjoys spending time with her spouse and their young child, getting to Forest Park and its many attractions with her family as often as possible.
